The new packmember claded in grey took a step in the clearing cautious of overprotective wolves. He was new and it wouldn't be known yet that he was a part of the pack. While his delicate triangles looked out for sounds of wolves, his eyes scanned around. He could hear many sounds, though none were of wolf yet. The old wolf made its way to the center of the clearing and sat on his hid legs. He had made a great choice in coming here he said to himself when he saw what really was around him. A smile graced his greying lips and the wolf was content (sp?) to just sit and do nothing for a few minutes.

After a refreshing dip in the river and sufficiently covering her reddish coat in burs and grasses, Kalito had made her way through the forest. With no particular destination in mind, she had come to the edge of the clearing. She had picked up a scent in the trees, and followed it to the field. With her new duties as a scout, she was eager to make a good start.
As she paused at the edge of the trees, she could smell the alpha's scent on the grey-furred wolf in the clearing - he had already been accepted. Unphased and still eager to greet him, she trotted out with her black-tipped tail waving in a friendly fashion. The sun had an uncanny gleam on her fur; it was still quite wet from the river.
With a smile on her cream-hed maw Kallie plopped down on her rump beside the older brujo. "Good afternoon, sir," She smiled respectfully, her amber eyes alight with that flame that had remained throughout her six years. "Thought I'd stop by. I'm Kalito."
Her tail beat the ground with a rhythmic thump as she awaited his name.

Words were made to be spoken, but some were made obviously to suprise someone out of its reverie. Those uttered by the younger wolf were part of the last category. Would he have no control over his body, he would have jumped a few feet in the air, but his heart did skip a few beats. He turned his gaze to the wolf in an underlining of "Don't do that again." -I'm Seleki.-he replied. Looking over the wolf, he raised an eyebrow.

Kalito grinned, spreading her jaws in a wide and friendly smile. Her tail beat the ground harder and her forepaws danced - she had always been excitable. "Oh, that's nice," She replied happily. With an audible, content sigh she forced herself to settle down and pushed her forepaws forwards until she was laid out on her belly. She turned bright eyes on Seleki once more and allowed her tongue to roll out of her maw.
"Sorry if I startled you, She offered apologetically. As if her mouth refused to cease working, she went on. "I haven't been here very long, so it's nice to meet a new wolf. Where're you from?" As an after thought she added, "If you don't mind, that is.
Ooc: Lack of inspiration and I have a headache. >>; So, kinda crappy.

The male looked at the overactice wolf and mentally sighed. This would be interresting indeed. He smiled and answered in a coversationnal way. -I haven't been here long either. I think it has been a few days at best.-he replied.-I come from a place called [insert name here].- He extended his paws in front of him until his belly touched the ground. He lowered his head on his legs and turned his gaze to the other wolf.
