The slender body of a young female lay atop the undergrowth, surrounded by vegetation, thinking silently. Her long plumed tail swished behind her at her rear, her deep emerald eyes gazing down at her petite forepaws. Aerith was not like most wolves.. she believed herself to be spiritual, one with the nature around her - part of the Planet.
She had been seperated with her father, Highwind when they had been travelling together, and a group of rogue wolves had taken her father away in exchange for her safety. They had wanted to take her to their leader, because Aerith was apparently very valuable, as they could use her someway in getting energy from the Planet.
So Highwind had gone in exchange for her safety, although the rogue group told her that they would find her someday and take her then to their leader. She definatly didn't want to get caught by /them/. All she really wanted was an ordinary life.. as a spiritual, to teach others about the Planet like she had been taught by it.
She had light golden-brown fur, which made her blend in well against the sandy ground beneath her. Her ears flicked in frustration as she looked around for the Alpha(s), wondering if they'd discover her scent and come find her, then maybe she could join them.. away from the rogue group. However.. someday she was sure that she'd reunite with her father.

Agianst the green grass of the clearing moved a large white beast, a wolf from the legends. The wolf snorted abruptly as a scent from another wolf invaded his sensitive nostrils. That's not father. The white wolf thought.
Ghost, the white wolf was dubbed was not a normal wolf. His father had been a pure direwolf, his mother a gentle soul who was nose-dead. He had inherited his mother's prestine coat, but his father's frightening appearence, the unusally long fangs exposed, even when his jaws were shut, his long muzzle and delicatly shaped head. Even as a yearling, he could easily topple another full-grown wolf. He was just simply a big pup.
Violet eyes scanned the Clearing as the wolf followed his nose towards the scent of a hidden fae.

Catching Ghost's scent, Aerith turned her head sharply, before scrambling to her paws. She was rather tall for her age; depite only having survived two winters. She watched Ghost nervously, and nodded her head slightly. He didn't have an Alpha scent - but he did carry the smells of the terrain's pack, which meant he was a member.
' S..Sorry. I'm just looking for the Alphas.. '
She squeaked, looking down out of Ghost's unnerving gaze, watching her legs tremble slightly. She missed her father, Highwind.. but perhaps the wolves here knew him? Maybe he had escaped, and come here..? She doubted it.. this was rather far away from where he had been caught.
' Do you know where they are? Or.. at least one? '
She whispered, continuing after looking back up hopefully, ears flicking as a fly neared them, her nose twitching with anxiety as she waited for Ghost's response.

Ghost stood unnerved as the tall fae got to her feet, his violet eyes never leaving her. He growled mutly to himself, but drew himself higher and prouder. Even though he was an unexperienced yearling, something about the direwolf's ancestory made him feel invincable.
He snorted a bit to himself as she broke her gaze and asked about the alphas.
"They at cave." Replied Ghost a bit harshly. The direwolf had been mute as a pup, but when his father returned, he had gained his voice. Ghost was an eeire wolf, but he was no ordinary wolf.
Ghost extended his claws into the terra and flexed them slightly, tearing at the Earth beneath. There was something about this slender fae that made him uneasy, something only he could detect. And it unnerved him a bit.

Aerith watched him with curious interest, wondering why he was taking so much interest in inspecting her. Shrugging the thought off, she looked back to him, smiling slightly, and nodded.
' Where is this.. cave you speak of? I need to ask their permission to roam these lands free of will; to join this pack.. '
She trailed off, looking down at her paws again, watching her claws dig into the ground and the short grass tremble slightly under her shadow, grasping for the sunlight.
-Sorry about shortness.. I'm real tired!-

Ghost snorted and rolled his eyes, a bit bemused at this unknowing fae. Didn't she know each pack had a cave?
"Alpha Cave. They sleep. Pups, alphas, all sleep." The white wolf growled. Something tugged within the white wolf. Uneasily, he shifted his weight from paw to paw, his violet eyes still locked upon her.
Growling to himself, he turned slightly away from her and sniffed a patch of grass to quell his thoughts and feelings of dire unrest.

Aerith felt slightly cold under his gaze, and felt herself shiver slightly, looking down at her paws. She nodded, sighing softly. So much for permission.. yet Father did say to come here.. she thought to herself, frowning and narrowing her eyebrows as she thought.
' O..oh, okay then. I guess I'll.. wait here, then.. '
She replied, looking away. She noticed that he used small words, though perhaps because it was his nature. She sat down slowly on her rear, tail swishing around her paws, looking thoroughly miserable. Yet still, she was sure that as soon as the Alphas woke up they would smell her scent and come to investigate.. right?

Ghost scratched at the grass, losing intrest at it's smell. Growling slightly, he turned and acknowledged the fae's words and watched her settle down.
He narrowed his eyes slightly. What a spoiled brat! He thought to himself, his nose twitching slightly.
Ghost had no intentions on waking the alpha's, for a peaceful sleep for them is rare, expecially with pups. So what could he do with this fae until they were awake? Talk? No, not with Ghost's broken speech.
Gruffly, the white wolf sat on his haunches in front of the fae and blinked at the fae, wondering what to do.

Aerith was saddened by the gaze that Ghost held apon her - she had merely came on her Father's orders. Her mother had urged her to find her true place to help the Planet, to stop those that hindered it's recovery. From whom? ..Rithos?
' I'm sorry that I'm here, if that's what you're thinking. I am only here to follow out my father's wishes. I don't.. even know where he is, and Father is all I have left. My.. mother has returned to the Planet, '
She continued, looking upwards towards the sky, ignoring the fact that Ghost hadn't even asked her about her family. She didn't care, she needed to let it out. And she needed to get to Sky Pillar.. soon. Or at least, somewhere high.. that's right! Just what was in the prophecy. She snapped her head back to Ghost, eyes narrowing slightly.
' There.. aren't any mountains around here, are there? Higher than those peaks over there, I mean.. '
Pointing to the Rocky Cliffs overhead. Her father had told her to find somewhere high where she could speak to the Planet.. but where? As far as she could see there was no-where higher than that mountain, which was not as high as Highwind had told her about..

Ghost growled slightly, the fur bristling on his long back as she mentioned some spiritual place that her mother had returned to. He too, looked at the sky and snapped at it, his teeth clicking together.
What the heck is she talking about? There is nothing up there but those shiny flecks of light.
He snapped his attention back to her as she demanded to know whether there were any other peaks around here. He had been raised here. He knew the terra like the back of his paws.
Feeling suddenly disgruntled with this fae, he rose and shook his stunning, white pelt. Narrowing his violet orbs, he locked them on the fae and spoke gruffly.
"Come. I take to alphas."
Without caring whether she followed, he broke her gaze and headed South, to the First Cave.

Aerith held his gaze until he dropped it, eyes narrowing as he did so. She was used to not getting any respect off others - being spiritual, it didn't matter to her. Life went on, for her. Until she was able to go to the Promised Land with her mother.. the final resting place of the Spirituals.
She didn't say anything, but continued along the dirt track behind Ghost, making sure she didn't step beyond him; wondering whether he was highly respected in this pack.. he may have a high rank that Aerith didn't know about yet. Nodding, aware that he wouldn't see, she sighed deeply and followed him slowly, one paw in front of the other.
With a flick of her tail, she raised her head swiftly as she caught many new scents, smells and sights along the way into the Misty Moors terrain. Blinking several times, she smiled as she felt the natural wildlife buzz around her.
This place is untouched by humans. Perhaps the place Father was talking about? she thought to herself, thinking back to when he had desribed Misty Moors.

-Ya. On some sites (Wanderer's Will mainly) when you say 'Member' it comes out as 'Wolf'. So when it said 'Remember your pass-word' it came out as 'ReWolf your pass-word. xD Sorreh about the -, pass-word might come out as something weird. oo;-
