ooc: alright, i couldn't read any of the posts taht were done in yellow....so...I think there are about four wolves here? sure, why not. And I am too tired to play dearheart, so here comes corwin.
Corwin came as quickly as he could when the first howl came flying across the border. He had been hunting small game independently, seeing that Serina seemed to have run off. Apparently the language barrier had been too much for the scared female, and before he had had a chance to lead her to the camp, she had gone. He felt the blood rush hot to his face at the thought; failing his first newcomer greeting wasn't a good thing. And yet, the alphas seemed to have noticed his natural ability for hunting, as he was already being pushed up higher than he had previously expected. Corwin's muscles rippled in the fresh spring air; the wind lightly caressing his fur as he ran. Soon though, he approached the old village. There were about four new wolves there, lightly conversing dangerously close to Misty Moors territory. Corwin's smaller than average stature and scruffy fur almost certainly didn't look very intimidating, but the look in his eyes could humble the proudest wolf he could hope to come across.
"Hello," he started, not sure if he was interrupting their conversation or not. And to be brutally honest, not caring that much either. The bitter streak in him was appearing here a little. "I am Corwin of these Misty Moors, and unless you all come requesting acceptance, I suggest you leave. You are dangerously close to our territory." It may have sounded harsh, but it was said in the kindest possible manner. Addressing four newcomers at once was more than a little intimidating, considering if they did prove to be hostile he was out numbered. Corwin was having serious doubts about the credibility of that one though; they seemed to be a rather innocent bunch.

Sir Samuel turned from Arya at the sound of a voice, and found himself face to face with a scruffy looking wolf. He met his eyes for a moment and found that he looked quite angry. How intriguing The male thought, smiling eagerly and watching Corwin closely as he spoke.
How very interesting... Corwin seemed angry because they were close to his packlands. Samuel had come across this before. It was obviously tabooed amongst commoners for loners to venture close to packlands without a valid reason.
"I am looking to be accepted into the pack, sir. Thank you for coming. I am Sir Samuel Harwitt II, at your service."
He smiled broadly, dipping his head as he had seen so many commoners before him do as a sign of greeting.

Noticing Sir Samuel's face turn away from hers, Arya's view turned upon, what seemed to be, an irritated wolf. Looking over the wolf carefully, the fae silently listened to Corwin and Sir Samuel speak. Finally, a pack member... she thought, sighing in relief that someone had come to them at last.
It seemed that Corwin was quite angry at the fact of the four newcomers being so close to the pack. Ignoring his discontentment, Arya shrugged and opened her jowls to speak.
"Though, we are dangerously close to your territory, we are requesting acceptance into the pack. The reason of that," she stated stubbornly, looking at the wolf boldly. Arya was known to talk back to others even if she knew she should not.
A long moment of silence made the white wolf uncomfortable. She knew she was forgetting something to mention. Remembering, Arya shook her dial, now dipping it as Sir Samuel had done.
"And, I almost forgot to introduce myself. I am Arya, sir." she added, in a polite tone, much softer and kinder than before.

ooc: aha, i have returned from my crazy life. im thinking weekends for sure i can post, its tentative for weekdays. but i will do my best! ^^
in: The wolves seemed to have misread Corwin, there was no anger in him. Although his words were said with a hint of bitterness, that was only because in Corwin's eyes he wasn't living up to his title. Also, dealing with four wolves at once caused him to be a little wary, as was only natural. He allowed a corner to lift the corners of his mouth slightly in a small smile. The natural eloquence of Sir Harwitt amused him, and he was already leaning towards accepting him. Or at least bringing him inside the boarders to show Taint and Keeper. Corwin dipped his muzzle in acknowledgment and then spoke.
"Well, Sir Samuel Harwitt II, I am sure anyone deserving of such a title as Sir and doesn't have his head filled with hot air is allowed into this pack, but I am required to ask your loyalty and respect to the Moors,"he said in good humor, a friendly light igniting in his eyes. Then he turned his attention to the newly named Arya.
"I am sorry that you didn't hear me clearly. I said unless you are requesting acceptance. It's funny how one word can change my whole meaning, isn't it?" he said, still with that smile. He didn't mind her temperance either, just found it funny. He nodded at her also as she spoke her name. Simple, and yet beautiful: Arya.
"I require of you only the same loyalty and repect of the alphas I did from Sir Harwitt," he said laconically.

ooc: -hugs Wolfeh- I really like your rp style, ya know. =] It's nice.
bic: The Harwitt had indeed misread Corwin's emotions, and he admitted this graciously - if only within the confines of his own mind. A smile spread across his muzzle as Corwin complimented him, and he drew himself up tall, puffing out his chest proudly.
Oops! He mentally scolded himself with a soft chuckle, relaxing his muscles slightly so that he stood below Corwin and allowing his tail to sink into a submissive position. He had learnt from experience and careful obervations that this did wonders when it came to a friendly acceptance.
"Thank you, Lord Corwin," Samuel said graciously. "I swear alligience to... the Moors?" His voice rose slightly as he repeated the name of the pack, but it was a retorical question, and he continued without waiting for an answer. "And the alphas. You have no cause to doubt me."
He smiled ernestly, then ruined the effect by sinking into one of his low, flourishing bows, lifting a paw to twirl it fancily. He did not know how ridiculous this trademark action made him look. Silly Samuel.

A pouty look split across the stubborn Arya's face, searching inside his orbs for any sight of that anger she swore she once saw. She shrugged, giving up on her sweet, polite attitude and replacing it with her usual, temperamental manner.
"Oh, yes," Arya began, her sarcasm in the air, " 'Tis quite funny... I was simply stating the fact for everyone else." She glanced backward, trying to offer them a grin.
Her annoyed gaze darted towards one of the desserted buildings, glaring at the old, ugly thing. Head filled with hot air! Who was he to speak... Arya managed to contain her anger, trying not to make the irritated signs on her face show even though they were as clear and visible as ever. Biting her lip anxiously, her occuli came upon Corwin once again.
"Though my intentions do not seem..." she paused, "as gracious as Sir Samuel's. I shall be loyal to the pack and show this and respect to the alphas. This I am sure of."
Arya finished, a stubborn and glowering grin forced on her face to the Corwin wolf.

ooc: thank you taint! ^^ you made me happy..yayness...but im kinda out of it lately, my style may be subject to change lol
in: A look of skepticism passed over Corwin's face for an instant as Sir Samuel called him "lord". Mere seconds later he was composed again, that light smile put back in place. He shook himself suddenly, causing his fur to stick back up where it had fallen down normally. Taking no notice, he nodded as Sir Samuel asked, albeit rhetorically, if this was called The Moors.
"Then you are accepted by me. Now all you need is a conformation by the alpha pair, and you will be officially a member of the Moors. "Till then, welcome."
Corwin's smile became rather empty as he heard Arya speak. What did he do to cause her to be so sarcastic and unforgiving? All he had done was smile. Mentally he started panicking, what was he doing wrong with her? Corwin had been as polite as he had felt fit, he could have been a lot more harsh and bitter. He let none of this inside feeling show, an expressionless mask was all that the clearing and wolves in it could ever see. He coughed politely, clearing his throat.
"Well, while stating the obvious is always fun, we may have more interesting things to attend to. Your loyalty and respect is all we need, and you have just promised that. Bows and such eloquence are simply extra credit," he said jokingly, allowing himself a small wink. "I am sure you will also be accepted by the alphas." Now he turned his attention to the others, "What of you two? YOu also want to be accepted?"
