Emerald optics flickered slowly around the fae as she sighed and reclined pon' haunches. Before her lay a small town, deserted by the looks of it. Delicate nares picked up the faint scents of wolven and audials were sent swiveling pon' her crania. Tassle thumped impatiently behind her as the faes thoughts wondered over what she was to do next. The pack's borders weren't that far, only through the small town, over the gaping holes that lay here and there, between the rickedy fences, and who could ever forget the looming buildings that towered above her.
Pools were tossed around as the fae's stomach growled, pulling her from her reverie. Talons made a soft scratching noise as the fae pulled herself pon' all fours and shook her pelt. Tassle flickered back and forth behind her as slender muzzle was upraised and the fae let out a loud and smooth howl, announcing her presence. The song ended moments later and wth this the fae started her journey...One step at a time.

Worn pads fell upon the soft dirt as a large white fae padded forth. Looking around her, the fae shivered, remembering what had occured her a few winters back.
She growled and shook her dial, clearing these thoughts as she notice the fae before her.
Tassel swaying slightly, the fae, dubbed Chase grinned amusingly as a thought crossed her mind.
Great. I have appointed myself alpha advisor, and yet, I really have no rank. the once-Beta thought.
Head held high, she approached the stranger.
"Greetings. I am Chase, sister to the alpha here. Are you wishing to seek entrace to the pack?" she asked, her voice booming in the naturally quiet place.

The scent was unmistakeable. It was her, he knew it. A drop of something familiar in this dry world of his. He kept himself hidden, and downwind. They wouldn't suspect anthing unless he wanted them too, her white form offered at least a bit of comphort. Something a wolf like him shouldn't have needed.
'Fiosca' He whispered, and watched her. He sat, tail cyrling around his left thigh, it's grey tip twitching in a cat-like manner. He alid his ear's back s Chase's voice cut through the air. He wasn't exactly a loud noise wolf, or loud voice for that matter. But he tamed himself and lickd the front of his jowls, below his nose. Bright eyes set 'pon the two wolven infront of him, body concealed, for ythe most part behind the building he leant against.

Emerald optics met those of the fae in front of her and one wolven brow was raised. Audials flickered forwards as Chase's words slowly sunk in. Before she knew it the fae found ehrself reclining pon' haunches, tassle curling neatly around her, and optics gazing at the fae in front of her with somewhat disbelief. Finally finding her voice the fae gave a roll of her shoulders as smooth silky voice poured forth.
"Aye. I guess that I do." with this the fae grew quiet once more as optics suddenly flickered around her, the brief feeling of being watched suddenly flooding her senses. Lips peeled back slowly and a low growl was given before the fae remembered Chase's presence. Lips were returned to a normal position but a frown had burrowed itself pon' her features and optics flashed dangerously around her before settling back on Chase. It wouldn't do having the alpha's sister thinking she was totaly insane. With this the fae offered a meek smile before standing once mroe and shaking her pelt.

Cobra moved himself backward a few inches, a look of aprehensivness 'pon his features. He wagged his tail a little bit and dug his claws into the soil. His nose twitched a bit as he inhaled both Fiosca's and Chase's scents. he wasn't sure what he was doing here, sneaking around. By now he had dashed any chance of being welcomed into the pack. The muscle in his hind leg clenched up of it's out acord, then relaxed. It would do him no good to worry, he'd ust sit back and try to cover his ears if Chase decided to do anymore yelling.

Audials flickered forwards as emerald optics saught out Cobra. A look of recognizition crossed the fae's features as she held back the urge to bark at him. Perhaps he wasn't ready to be found out? One wolven brow was uplifted as gaze was sent back to Chase and she smiled once more. Whatever the cause she knew Cobra to be mostly a mystery and thus she kept quiet, tassle flickering slowly behind her in thought. Pelt was shaken once again mostly out of habit as the fae cocked her head to the side awaiting Chase to answer. Leathery nares flared as the fae sighed. She was unsure where this journey was taking her but hopefully it'd be somewhere to rest soon. Optics twinkled with teasing for a moment before turning dull once more as the fae was tempted to recline 'pon haunches yet again.

He rose to his paws as Fiosca's gaze fell upon him. I was only a matter of time before Chase caught on. After a few seconds of thought he grunted and sighed. He had sealed his own fate here. Perhaps he should try elsewhere? Or in a differentpart of the paklands, with a different wolf? He did not know. All he knew was that there was no luck here. His ears flew up. Yes there was, he could stop sneaking around like some kind of killer and reveal himself!
Cobra almost snarled as he felt himself cringe. Reveal himself? Now? A sigh escaped him, as he brought his hanches down in the shade of a run down house, some distance from Fiosca and Chase. He felt their mingled scents was over him from behind or a few seconds, trhen the winds changed. Carrying his scent to them.

Chase nodded and opened her maw to speak when Fiosca's movements interrupted her.
Something is bothering her. she thought, looking around. Her eyes scanned the terra until they located a slight bit of movement.
Immediantly, Chase's demeaner changed. Her hackles raised and she faced the shadow, a dagger exposed.
"Show yourself!" she growled.

Emerald optics met those of Cobra's and the fae managed a small smile before attention was turned towards Chase once more. A wolven brow was raised as the growl errupted and Chase's words echoed across the deserted billage. Optics flew back to Cobra and held a slight bewildered look before tassle flickered slowly behind her..
"Tis ok Chase. He's a friend of mine. I'm sure he means no harm".
With this the fae turned, optics intent on Cobra, awaiting his next move. Twas up to him how the situation unfolded and thus the fae found herself reclining 'pon haunches again, tassle wrapping slowly around her...

Cobra made no move to obey Chase, he heard Fiosca's words and sighed. Helet a ripple move through his tail and the spark fly from his eye. A growl rumbled in his chest, He already disliked Chase, could tell she was "self-Appointed" But he did not turn, just rose to his paws and began to pad back to his hotel.

Chase growled softly, suddenly wishing she had more authority than she did. She snorted and shook her ruff, then turned her gaze back to Fiosca.
"If you wish, ma'am, I can lead you the alpha Keeper." She replied softly, her brown orbs on the fae of the same color as her.

Cobra padded around the ouskirts of the town, he seemed to have no place here. His black form held a less dominant pose than it normally did, his ears were low and he felt.... humbled some how. Yellow eyes scanned the horizon. There had to be other woves here. So what if he had demolished and chance of trust with Chase? Pah! He'd seek entrance into the pack by other means.
His thoughts drifted to Fiosca, it had been a long tie, yet she still made him feel like mere pup. 'Twas aquality he resented and accepted.

With a roll of her shoulders and a small nod the fae pulled herself pon all fours. "Twould be nice. Thanks.." here the fae's words trailed off as gaze was turned towards where the faint form of Cobra had rested. To her dismay his slender form had disapeared and the fae's optics graced nothing but mere shadows and the wind. A small sigh was emmitted as attention was turned back to Chase and she offered a small smile. "Guess I'm ready.." here she grew silent as she awaited the fae's movement..

"Great." the silver-hued fae replied. She turned briefly and looked over her shoulder. "They are feasting now." She added, then made her weay back into the Moors, heading towards the Fifth cave.
